Exclusions: The successful bidder will have no rights to the home and contents, no rights to remove any buildings, excludes D7E dozer and parts if not removed prior to sale. Removal Terms: All salvage must be removed within 90 days, No Extensions! Any salvage not removed by November 4, 2022 will be forfeited. Successful bidder will be allowed to remove salvage with trackhoe and take out necessary trees where needed for removal. No titles available on salvage. No gas, oil, or antifreeze can be drained onsite. Payment: Successful bidder will be emailed an invoice at the conclusion of the sale. Payment will be due in full within 48 hours of sale. Payment can be made at our office at 375 S. Johnson, Kahoka, MO or wire transferred. Call auction company for wire instructions. Waiver of Liability: The successful bidder (buyer) of the Fowler salvage auction will be required at time of payment to sign a release and waiver of liability.
