GENERAL INFORMATION
     The Boling tracts of land are generally located Southwest of Ewing, MO on Rte. N approx. 3 1/2 miles. Lying in Section 31, Twp. 60N, R7W and Section 36, Twp. 60N, R8W. Offers productive tillable land.
TRACT 1   164 Acres (Subject to final survey)
*Offers 132 acres m/l of productive tillable land. Balance in wooded draws.

*Access from Hwy. N frontage on the West.
TRACT 2   70 Acres (Subject to final survey)
*Offers 54 Acres m/l of productive tillable land, 6.8 Acres CRP expires Sept. 30, 2014 paying 63.19 per acre annually.

TERMS / CONDITIONS
     Both tracts sell with tenant for the 2012 crop season paying $155 per tillable acre to the successful buyer. Tracts sell on a price per acre basis and will be sold buyer's choice. Successful buyer(s) will pay 10% down evening of sale and sign into written contracts with the sellers. Balance will be due on or before April 3, 2012. Taxes will be prorated at closing. Title insurance in the amount of purchase price will be provided by sellers. Any lending policy needed will be the responsibility of the buyer.
