GENERAL INFORMATION
     The Justice and Dean families opened the lumberyard in 1977. In 1994 CJ and Mary Jo bought out the interest of the Justice family and operated the lumberyard as Dean's Building Products up until Friday December 16, 2011. After the passing of CJ Dean in 2004, the Dean family continued to run the lumberyard, but due to other interests have decided to close and sell 3 tracts of commercial real estate, inventory, fixtures, equipment, cement forms, forklifts, trucks, etc. at absolute auction. Take time to attend as there was no inventory reduction sale offered to the general public.
NOTE: Dean's Construction operated by Darrel Dean will continue its daily operations.

     All tracts sell absolute without reserves and subject to final survey. All tracts lie outside city limits of Kahoka and are accessed by County Road running across frontage of all tracts.      All tracts sell absolute without reserve to the highest bidder day of sale. All tracts sell with any or all recorded easements and subject to final survey. Tracts will be offered by buyers choice process allowing the successful bidder to take any single tracts, any combination etc. This process will be used until all tracts are sold. Successful buyer(s) will pay 10% down day of sale and sign into written contract with the seller. Balance will be due on or before 30 days of sale. Full possession will be given at closing.
