- Immediately following the bidding, the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down day of sale payable to Oak Hill Title Company Escrow and sign into a written contract with the seller. The balance of the purchase price will be due on or before March 25, 2022.

- The 2022 real estate taxes will be prorated at closing, all subsequent years will be the responsibility of the successful buyers
