     Tract sells on price per acre basis. Immediately following bidding, the successful buyer will be required to pay 10% down evening of sale payable to Oak Hills Title Company Escrow and sign into written contracts with the seller. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before November 14, 2017. Tract sells free and clear of (share crop) tenant for 2018 crop season Full possession will be given after fall harvest. Real Estate taxes of $222.50 will be prorated at closing. All subsequent years will be the responsibility of the buyer. Annual Levy tax $773.10. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided.
