TERMS AND CONDITIONS
     A survey will be completed on both tracts prior to sale. Tracts sell on a price per acre basis, based on final surveyed acreage. Tracts sell in numerical order and not combined. Immediately following bidding, the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down evening of sale payable to H. Scott Summers Escrow and sign into written contracts with the sellers. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before November 14, 2017. Both tracts sell free and clear of tenant for 2018 crop season. Full possession will be given after fall harvest. Sellers will pay all 2017 real estate taxes. All subsequent years will be the responsibility of the buyers.
