Successful buyers will be required to pay 10% down evening of sale payable to H. Scott Summers Escrow and sign into written contracts with the sellers. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before November 14, 2017. Full possession will be given at closing. 2017 taxes will be paid by sellers, all subsequent years will be the responsibility of the buyers. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. All additional closing cost will be divided in equal shares between the buyers and sellers. Closing conducted by H.
