     Tracts will be sold on a price per acre basis based on final survey acreage. Tracts will be offered in the method of "buyer's choice". Immediately following bidding, the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down payable to Oak Hills Title Company Escrow and sign into written contracts with the sellers. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before Tuesday October 30, 2018. Full possession will be given at closing. 2018 taxes will be prorated at closing. All subsequent years will be the responsibility of the buyers. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided.
